Fake
BDM (Current Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 1 August 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedFake culture lots of backstabbing, very average pay for the industry. Mind numbing spreadsheets and pointless adhoc tasks get thrown at you every day

Fun but challenging
Workshop Controller (Former Employee) - Artarmon NSW - 6 March 2021
It started off as a great place then poor upper management decisions have put the writing on the wall for myself and other staff. They don't want to listen and take ideas and advice as a personal attack and to heart instead of trying to improve culture and business growth. Always push and no return. Minimal respect from top management to all staff.
Pros
Most staff stick together.
Cons
Unpredictable hours, turnover of staff and upper management

Great product with good focus on fixing customer issues when they arise. Company held back by managers not able to make decisions.
District Aftersales Manager (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 19 January 2020
the role had to many requests and impacted on your KPI's at times. The management don't trust employees to work from home. They also aren't flexible with start and finish times. (old world)
Pros
great product
Cons
worst than government to get anything approved, don't get the best people for the position.

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) - Tullamarine VIC - 22 March 2018
i had the best life experience at honda, learnt alot e.g Picking orders, forklift operations, Loading/unloading tracks. Also staff were very friendly. the hardest part was learning to load/unload the bikes on/off trucks the crates were way difficult to handle on forklift forks, compare it to normal standared paletts. the most i enjoyed was everything.

Productive and fun place to work.
School to work transition program (Current Employee) - Cleveland QLD - 15 January 2017
I always arrive early at 7am but don't begin work until 7:30am. My days were always full assisting in the servicing of vehicles in the workshop, talking to staff about purchasing of parts, talking to customers. I learnt a lot from the staff, management and customers.
Pros
Chance to work with engines and cars.
Cons
