My typical job here would normally be one week to two weeks and then have a few weeks off. I would be sent to various hotels and resorts as a secret auditor. I would experience the entire aspect of what the everyday guest experiences. I would account for customer service, cleanliness, food quality as well as many other aspects. I would then speak to managers and tell them what they were doing wrong and what they were doing right.

Was able to travel to places I have never been.
