Benifts outweigh the cons

I worked for this company for 7 years, and if you are willing to do the work, the benifts outweigh the cons. Don't expect to sit around doing nothing for long periods of time, this is fast paced so there's always something to do. The work load can feel overwhelming sometimes, but you just have to push through it. The only things that frustrated me about this company is that they are more reactive than being proactive, most issues could be resolved before they happen, but there is a disconnect between departments. Upper management offers a service level to a client promising one thing but never delivers to the level agreement due to unrealistic expectations. My suggestion to the company, ask your front line team (customer care /CRC) what obstacles they encounter and what complaints they receive from clients the most and start to resolve those issues from there. Stop pushing your CRC support to 3rd party companies that don't truly understand the client's needs. Upper management cannot understand what difficulties are experienced at the bottom level without getting your hands dirty.
