HouseSmart Real Estate Careers and Employment

About us
Established in 1999 in our home office, we launched operations at the Altone Park Shopping Centre in Beechboro in 2005. In 2020 we launched our second office in Cloverdale while our new office in Beechboro is constructed. We now manage over 1500 properties across the entire Perth metropolitan area. We added support staff in the Philippines from 2011 – more... and now have a fully-integrated team who work in partnership with our Australian property managers. We have an extensive skill development program. Our preferred hiring pathway for Australian staff is to hire people who have just obtained their property management registration and either have no experience, or 1-2 years on reception or assistant property manager work. We then put together a customised training program to get the new hires up to speed as a stand-alone property manager. For more details have a look at our website and the link "How to become a property manager in Western Australia". With Philippine staff, we hire college graduates with degrees in accounting, business, entrepreneurship or similar. We then train you in how to support property managers. After one year in the job and high performance you become eligible to complete the registration course to become a property manager. After that, the best staff are eligible for our short-term work experience program in Australia. – less

Good flexibility, leasing consultant
Written by Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) from Beechboro WA on 18 March 2019
I work as a leasing consultant here. They are good at scheduling and flexibility so you know when you're working. You travel all around Perth. Once you get into the swing of things it is great. You meet lots of interesting people and experience things out of the office as a leasing consultant. It is a long-running business so they have lots of experience. - more...
