It depends what sort of role you are applying for! But don't worry, we don't bite! For the most part we ask you submit an application online, which then may lead to a phone interview, followed by a group interview. If successful we then proceed to reference checks before making an offer.

The video application is in addition to the resume. We use the video application for our Crew roles so we can get a good indication of your customer service skills, attitude and friendliness.

Cinema shifts can be anywhere from 4 to 12 hours, with break periods in between to keep you rested.
In our support offices the roles normally between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday but we offer flexibility where we can.
