Unless they are willing to let go of ridiculous rules/ policies that make utter no sense (like under 3s can’t use anything if it states not to be used under 3, even with a risk assessment and by this i mean they can even use a swing in the outside SHARED yard cause it states not for under 3 but a 2 year old could easily balance on it as it was a tire swing, mind you this means the older children CONSTANTLY MISSED OUT ON LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.) children will never get to experience messy play without staff getting angry, risky play without being yelled at and learn through mistake making and play based learning. The policies are clearly put in place to protect them and NOT in the slightest benefit the children which is what childcare is all about. The service is about a 1.5 out of 5 stars and even then that’s being nice.

Ground staff and administrative staff are wonderful. However watch out for some back biters and manipulative people...
