The interview process was fairly easy with a range of questions, such as what my hobbies were, my experience, scenarios regarding customers, what my favourite food on the menu is.

Firstly, Call the store and ask if there are any positions available for what position you want.

If they say there are positions, go to the store and pick up an application sheet, and give it in once finished.

Then, wait about 1-2 weeks. If they don't call you after this time period, call them and ask about your application status. If you want to have greater chances of being accepted, try and put your availability times to when the store opens/closes, or earliest and latest possible times if it is a 24-hour operating joint.

If they call you back during the 1-2 time period, congratulations! But, if they don't, chances are they forgot about your application and/or they have found a better candidate (which they will tell you when you call them back during the 1-2 week time period)

For me, it took 2 months, but don't let it scare you! You may get the job within a week or even less!

Hope this helps

Because this job is insanely difficult in all aspects including mental and physical exhaustion , it offers a good insight on what it's like to be mistreated within a work environment. It takes a special kind of person to be able to deal with this work environment.

5 hours of online training. 3 - 4 trainee shifts.
Bare minimum of staff training on shift. I had to teach myself.
