Hard but worth it.
My work could change on a daily basis from carpeting, to brick laying to landscaping but as a result it was a learning curve of new skills and consistently changing circumstances and interactions. Management was a bit slow to let you know information but such is the nature of the work but it was always enjoyable to work with them.
