Fun team but repetitive work
A good place to start your HR and Recruiting career. A busy role but tasks can be rather transactional.Good benefits are access to fitness passport & salary packaging. Low pay in comparison to industry standard

Very busy - no recognition
Admin role is ok. Busy 8 hour day. Not much recognition to admins for hard work. Admin staff are often overlooked and clinical staff are held in esteem. Some services / units may advertise a lot more than others,...

Terrible
Terrible culture and workload expectations for low pay. No ethics or morals. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the stress and toll, no interest in changing the culture.

Registered nurse
Painfully slow recruitment screening. No orientation to ward, access card to medication room not supplied, not given access to computerised medication system prior to first shift. Give it a miss.
