The food is intricate and has a steep learning curve at first. The wine is small and easy enough to get your head around but the cocktail/mocktail list is extensive. Bigger sections are appointed to those with more experience which can be very demanding as customers expectations are high. Working hours are never too high and pay/tips are industry leading.
