Innovative and competitive

So huge organization it is to evaluate the overall company. It was a globalized company with worldwide networks and name values. Good salary and benefits are provided but continuous innovative efforts are necessary.

Had loads of potential but hated this job

All day long you get yelled at and sworn at by irate customers and often the management refuse to intervene, even when you've exhausted all avenues for conflict resolution. No positive team culture.

Fast paced consumer marketing

Korean culture management but if your quick focussed and creative it’s a job h go of you. Travel new opportunities and competitive in a fast paced industry

Good product but an archaic business culture and practices.

Good product, office and employee benefits. Let down by the rotation of lacklustre C-suite leadership and any solid brand direction globally or locally. Planning, IT systems and business practices are archaic. Low investment in people. A ‘boys club’ culture, nepotism and ambiguous working environment. Low staff morale.

Professional Working Envioroment

I oversaw 10 Hyundai Dealerships in Queensland and Norther NSW. The Daily, Weekly, Monthly Routine was varied as all Dealerships needed visiting and having Video Conferences. Daily Interaction with the Sales Managers and Sales Teams to ensure Transactional Sales were maximised so Targets and Wholesale was achieved.

A fun environment

a relaxed place to work with a good culture. Good pay for work experience and was easy to communicate with the boss. They look after you well and you will have a good time

Staff are all really friendly

Aplace where you can go forward in management levels but long hours , and over time not paid for.There wasnt any work life balance as you could be going home very late at night and for a mum with young children that is very hard to do.

Excess amounts of travel

Traveling 17 weeks a year become very tiring. The culture is very Korean oriented. More support from the factory would have been appreciated to assist with the training.
