IBM will cheer you on, bolster you up, enable you, and equip you to grow and soar at your career path of choice. IBM truly supports the 'growth mindset', here you are given countless resources, training and hands-on learning such as shadowing roles. Truly a 5 out of 5 company!

I grew up reading about IBM when i was a kid in magazines They have been around since the beginning. No other Technology company has more patents or a deeper history i feel like they are underrated simple because they have been around for too long in a field where new almost always means better.

High Quality Learning Experience compounded with exposure to numerous technologies and expert level skill sets
IBM is one of the leading providers of IT Consulting and offers a wide range of career options ranging from Technical to Functional skill sets panning numerous industry sectors and business domains.
This was my first ever company since I've graduated. I've made lots of good friends who are very kind and helpful. I've gained a lot of new skills that are actually in demand. However, the company has become bureaucratic and quite stingy when it comes to promotions and pay raises. Still, this is a good first company for newly graduated students.
Good place for experienced professional who look for work life balance. Freshers should avoid this place if they are looking for steep technology learning.
