Anybody who has worked at IBM knows what its like if you have other options take them. IBM is still a big and clunky organisation that has never totally been able to shake the legacy of its past. in many respects it shouldn't but there are much better options out there.
IBM have called on me 3 times to help with troubled accounts. I am always willing to work for IBM as I learn so much from them each time. Their work ethics are second to none and I would recommend anyone who wishes to enter IT Management to approach IBM.
Excellent colleagues to work with
Very high standards expected from day 1.
