Pay rise and give a flexible hours

Create a positive and humourous environment that I particularly would miss, I dread the day of leaving IGA due to how good my experience with working there is.

Keep people doing their roles

Offer flexible hours and keep an eye on employees

Listen to their loyal employees

Honestly nothing their staff are great

Listen to the majority and be more considerate for the people who had worked well over the past years.
