Group interviews is a way for recruiters to observe how you interact with other people, identify if you are a team player and work well with others to find a solution or complete a task set...it will also show them if you are outgoing..a leader -type personality...friendly...or shy...Some questions I have been asked....what makes you unique? How would your friends describe you? If you were an animal, what would you be and why? What motivates you? What does success mean to you? Where do you see yourself in five years? If you could go back in time 5 years, what would you change? Describe a situation where there was conflict at work between co-workers, how did you deal with it? Describe a situation where you had to make a tough decision, how was it received? Most of the questions are designed to get a better picture or understanding about the "real you". Your resume is just a factual document...interview is where your personality, honesty and integrity as a human should shine through. Best of luck with job hunting.
