Not so great
Software Developer (Former Employee) –  Managalore28 August 2018
I worked here straight out of college. The place sucks. All they need are robots who can code. No fun, no work life balance. But training is super good, that's the silver lining.

Company resting on withering laurels
Automation Lead (Current Employee) –  Melbourne, VIC17 July 2015
This company was known for hiring the cream of the new graduates from indian colleges and grooming them to great technologists but they have lost way after the founders who were the real visionaries retired. The current management layer is busy with infighting and their own pet projects instead of delivering value. Career advancement is non existent and the company runs on the assumption that resources will work longer than any other company for no extra payment. They even turn off the aircon in the middle of the work day to save money during indian summaers
Pros
External perception adding value to resume
Cons
Lack of reward for loyalty
