Inexcusable Management and Non-Existent work

In my time at Infosys I was given the promise of project rotations in different areas of IT along with strong knowledge developed in those areas through accredited training and work. What I ended up with was almost 200+ days sitting around waiting, poorly worded and at times illegible courses which were all internal and not accredited outside of the company. I was replaced with Off-shore team at all of my postings which resulted in me being taken off projects constantly before ever getting settled.Management was constantly changing and confusion over who to contact and what is happening on a day to day basis.I also believe at times I was a diversity hire as the company based in Australia is predominantly Indian, and do not feel inclusive at all in all office situations.

Learned a lot of new tools and technologies here. and nice environment to work. Dislike the salary hike here and if you are looking for good hike better try outside.

Well organised program but no one appreciates your achievements

I appreciate the support from the HR team and my mentor, and the internal education platform and activities are good. However, when you work remotely, no one cares about the outcome of your project, and they do not provide further opportunities after the program.

Great experience in the field. The first thing is that they help you out a lot and great guidance. Everyone should consider working even if it's for intership. Give reccomation letter too
