Production Worker (Current Employee) - Burton SA - 11 January 2023
Its an Okay place I don’t recommend staying there for a while as it could be damaging to your body. Pay is okay and the only good thing are the workers - very friendly people.

Welcoming environment
Farm Labourer (Former Employee) - Charlton VIC - 16 November 2022
The environment and workplace along with the people you work beside make the job easier and welcoming. The pay is good for the hours you work constantly on your feet and double time is offered to those who work Sundays. Roster is fair.

Productive work.
Chicken catcher (Former Employee) - Kurri Kurri NSW - 17 October 2022
Early hours. Long days. Strenuous work. Paid weekly. Enjoyed the job and enjoyed making a few friends from this job. Enjoyed the facilities on site and would work there again.

poor management
Slave (Former Employee) - Mebourne VIC - 3 September 2022
Poor management. Management doesn’t know what are needed for improvement Don’t make any question and just say yes. That’s only the way you keep this job.

Terrible management, workplace bullying.
Process Worker (Former Employee) - Somerville VIC - 29 August 2022
Was constantly put down by other work colleagues, told management nothing was done. Leading hands and the people who have been there the longest were the ones who backstabbed everyone, lots of talking about people goes on in the smoking areas. Constant drama at Inghams. Worked there for 5 years, always the same things and same people. Wouldn’t recommend. This is afternoon shift, heard morning is worse.
Pros
Money
Cons
Bullying, Management

Bullies
Process Worker (Former Employee) - Ipswich QLD - 28 August 2022
Youre just a number, management Is not very good. Lots of back stabbing and harassment. Over time is good but pay isn't great at all. Overall not worth being there if you value your mental health

Salaried leadership position not recommended.
Production Supervisor (Former Employee) - Bolivar SA - 26 August 2022
The Company itself is fundamentally good to its people but sadly it is let down by the Bolivar SA plant that simply has the wrong type of people in key management positions. An exodus by a good number of talented people in the past twelve months is testament to that. Taking up a salaried leadership position at this particular plant should be treated with caution and considered a risky career move.

If you like being angry and miserable this is the place
Forklift Driver (Former Employee) - Lytton QLD - 23 June 2022
No real management and nepotism and sucking up are the normal. You will be lied to at your interview and from then on. Do not expect them to care and they will end up relying on you to do overtime while management do absolutely nothing.

Friendly Co-workers, Pathetic Management
Process Worker (Former Employee) - Murarrie QLD - 18 June 2022
Worked at Inghams in Murarrie for 6yrs, first 2 years was great! Workload wasn't too bad, you were able to have work and life balances. Last 4yrs at Inghams was absolutely chaotic, work load was extremely overboard, kill rose from 60k to 80k (in day shift) and some how there would always be overtime every day including Saturday's, at one point they worked ran a 24hr kill, day shift had to do 12hrs and night shift 12hrs, machines were sped up causing alot of injuries, Supervisors and Leading Hands would judge you if you were on light duties and needed Physio and they would even give you cold shoulders even if you needed to have a sick day.
Pros
Co-workers made it fun
Cons
Over worked to the point you felt weak and sick

Your just a number
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Bolivar SA - 19 May 2022
As with all big companies, management do not care about any of the employees, everyone is just a cog in a larger profit generating machine, dead end job.

Decent pay
Process Worker (Current Employee) - Somerville VIC - 16 May 2022
Decent pay! The job itself is fast paced and requires a lot of lifting. Be prepared to do the same thing every day. Recommend to anyone needing to save or earn some extra $ as there is normally a lot of overtime on offer!

Some good people there, work is easy. Only if you are casual you will not get permanent/part time for at least 3years
Production Worker (Former Employee) - Lisarow NSW - 7 May 2022
I was hailed a fantastic worker always stayed back always reliable had excellent reports until i showed to much ambition and showed the leading hand up within a week i was fired and on separation certificate reason was unsatisfactory work. Fast paced but good salary
Process Worker (Current Employee) - Murarrie QLD - 3 May 2022
Lots of OT. Good pay but some of the workers are lazy while getting same pay. Lots of break which is really good. The only things that i hate is too much drama and politics

Decent
Process Worker (Current Employee) - Murarrie QLD - 10 April 2022
Can be taxing on mind and body. Repetitive. Not bad workmates and environment. There is favouritism with employee's. Has good and bad days like most jobs. Some people can do it forever and others can be mentally or physically done pretty quickly.

Not worth it
Labourer (Former Employee) - Pakenham, Nar Nar Goon - 27 February 2022
Hardest tasks ever did, still raw labour work with no aid.. Lowest pay rate in comparison to the labour, it should be like concreter’s pay rate for the amount of work they take.. never recommend anyone.
