so you buzz in at the gate sign in basically walk to the change rooms get your uniform then you wait for your leading hand then you go in and start work you have 3 breaks a day .Ingham's is a great working environment you meet new people every week. I learnt how to run a machine there how to use an electric pallet jack rf scanners.80% of the factory is Asian there very friendly people rest are kiwis and maybe one or two aussies.hardest part of the job was the long hours that's about it.most enjoyable part of the job was talking to people every day made a lot of friends there

Was a great place to work , friendly co- workers, mostly kiwis and Asian people. Hard to become permanent worker, but lots of overtime and good supervisors. Just not flexible with changing departments. If your put in a certain job first up even if leading hands can see your not a good fit , they’d rather sack you than give you a go in a diff dept. Considering there lucky if 2 out of every 10 people stay in the job, and always looking for process workers. Not a very flexible workplace. But loved my time there and if I had of had the chance to stay would still be there now. 4 breaks a day. Great lunchroom. Lots of overtime if wanted.
Easy interview process, reasonable pay, lots of overtime.
A long time before your made permanent. Protesters regularly out front.

Inghams is fast paced, all day standing, colleagues have jokes and abit noisy and the work is alot of pressure hard to remember stuff, alot going on. Ok job. Pay is good. Nice canteen area, with vending machines, they have a union, not sure if i like this job but its okay for now . Also alot of diversity. Never see the big people only bossed around by a tl all day
