Good place to work

In the Inner west work culture, the boss is very caring and supportive. They need more people to do the job, otherwise, it is a good place to work depending on what area but they encourage teamwork, ideas, respect, honesty and growth. I like my work colleagues and my boss, they are very supportive.

Volatile Culture

Often understaffed and the temporary managers they put in place are manipulative and destructive, meaning the business only goes backwards. Aggressive entry level staff, unpleasant environment. Shifts offered then cut regularly. Inconsistent.

Good bunch of blokes in cleaning easy to get along with layed back atmosphere ok work life balance. Knock off and start up times are good with plenty of ot if your a truck driver.
