Socially, I felt like any conversation I had with anyone would be spread throughout the sales floor as it was very cliquey. This was the case for a few instances, when people were probing questions about personal things I had spoken to with another person. Cold Calling: The customer has never supported before. Sales agents are able to sell raffle tickets to Australian residents that are 18 or over.
Warm Calling: The customer supported in our last raffle for a specific campaign (approximately 2-3 months ago) and sales agents ask if they would like to participate again in an upcoming raffle.

No, you will have a set fortnightly roster (Insight’s recruitment team will discuss roster availabilities with each candidate prior to employment). If your UNI timetable changes throughout the year, you will be able to apply for a new fortnightly roster. Please note, we will not be able to change your roster if your UNI timetable changes each week/fortnight
Each trainee is automatically assigned according to the needs of the business. However, if you are particularly passionate about a certain charity, we may be able to reassign you later on.
