Not the same when new manager came in the call centre
Don't let your personal life interfere with work it will backfire.
Thought it was a great opportunity til new manager took over the call centre and drove most of the staff out the door

The worst company to work for EVER!!!
Was fired after making a formal complaint of workplace bullying against manager and was questioned about my qualifications in fitting. I was the ONLY qualified fitter at ALL THREE branches I worked at and was ridiculed for my qualifications and 22 years of experience. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

No support what so ever.
Would not wish this job on my worse nemesis. Induction is ok, but no support moving forward. The owners hire anybody with half a brain and that breaths, not quality team members.

For the short time I worked here, there were quite a few problems that arised, the most common way they were dealt with by management was to ignore them and hope they go away.
Ended up leaving due to the stress caused among the workers when people didn’t turn up on time or at all thus creating a larger daily workload as they tried to cram as much work as possible into ones day.

Dont work for this company I started working for them my car blew up on the way to work was unable to get to work so they wont pay me now be carefull no help no one even wanted to speak to me after I told them about my car

Fit windscreens, great people to work with, clean and tidy workshops, the most enjoyable part of job is to visit customers and deal with them in appropriate manner and keeping busy at all times.
