integratedliving Australia provide various customised home care, community based care and health services across rural, regional and remote areas of Australia. We support older people and those who are living with a disability to remain in their homes and enjoy full and independent lives.

We support customers in their homes with cleaning, transport and meal delivery or helping them enjoy social outings to local areas or one of our day centres. We offer exercise and relaxation services at our Wellness Centres and award-winning Wellness for Independence® programs such as the Memory Wellness Program. We also provide allied health services, nursing, telehealth, palliative care and support for carers.

Real talk

If you like cleaning then home and community care is for you. If you like caring then there is not a good balance and they don’t take your skills into account. I worked for IL in Tasmania and they were fantastic I did palliative care as well as dementia care and the occasional cleaning, but when I transferred to mid north coast nsw I became a cleaner with the occasional care thrown in. Sad to leave

My contract recently ended, but would have loved to have stayed. It was nice to be a part of a team who actually look out for the clients and each other. Management genuinely care about the staff and encourage personal growth. IT systems could use updating. I really enjoyed working in the Concierge team.
