A good company to work for. I enjoyed my time working for this Company although there are always too many Domestic shifts. I loved the Clients I worked with and the other Carers were nice.

Pros

Free lunches at Meetings

Cons

Too many Domestic shifts.

Don’t take any notice of the glossy advertising on TV. Seriously that is misleading

I would not recommend this company. It’s all about the money not the clients. They do not treat their employers fairly, it’s take take take and no give. They still expect you to go to work even when your own safety on the roads is at risk due to extreme weather conditions. What does that say?

Pros

Free uniform

Cons

Lots of travel which is as exhausting as cleaning all the time.

Consumers were great

Consumers were great fellow staff were good at times training was slow. Thank goodness it is all mandatory eg manual handling Reporting of incidents took a while to be attended to fit consumers

Pros

Long hours

Cons

Underpaid

Great company!

Shifts were great, management was awesome and absolutely loved the clients! The workload wasn't too much, and travel incentives were pretty good too. Management were pretty flexible with working hours, which worked for me as a single Mum, at the time.

Good work

Decent work. Good to meet a lot of new elderly people. Customers are mostly friendly. Management try to work with you, how ever hours are never the same or reliable being only part time.

Pros

Happy clients

Cons

Inconsistant hours
