I’ve worked for IHMS for many years in different nursing roles. Many years ago the pay was really great and it was a fantastic way of travelling and working. The pay really dropped in recent years and opportunity for travel remains but is limited. The recruitment process is quite poor and there have been times when great staff could not get repeat contracts and terrible staff kept returning. The...
