Not a great place to work
Management are not interested in helping. There is no way I recommend working for this company. The managers are two faced, they say one thing and expect another. Beautiful work culture, very supportive management, collaborative
IPAR was a lovely place to work at. Very supportive and helpful colleagues, wonderful coaching-style management. Both colleagues and leaders were super encouraging, it really was the best culture I have ever worked in.
