IPAR was a lovely place to work at. Very supportive and helpful colleagues, wonderful coaching-style management. Both colleagues and leaders were super encouraging, it really was the best culture I have ever worked in. The nature of the industry is such that most of your time must be billable, which meant strict deadlines with client contact. This was difficult for me, but I am aware that is a personal thing. Training and knowledge management could do with some improvement, but again - maybe that was just my learning style.

Data Entry Operator/Clerk

• Reviewed and decided whether the document were complaint or non complaint• Scanned the documents for data validation• Made sure that all the documents are available for data validation• Reviewed the document images and checked if the data could be recorded into database• Data entry of Superannuation funds for Super Partners and Australia Post (Australian Super, Cbus, Host, Hesta, Mtaa, West) with 98% accuracy• Strict quality control Inspection to make sure that the data entered by team members is 100 percent accurate• Reported to management in relation to team members accuracy of data entry• Trained new employees for reviewing documents, data entry and scanning• Worked on more than two computers at once. If the documents are large or extra large and took time downloading I use to work on other computers for data entry until the documents been downloaded.• Maintained client’s standard policy and procedures• Photocopied the time sheets and other important documents• Created the data files• Packed all the documents in the boxes and arranged them for mails• Verified and sent the data files to the clients via email• At the end of the day turned off all the computers and made sure not even a single document is left in the office or lost
