Not a great place to work

Management are not interested in helping. There is no way I recommend working for this company. The managers are two faced, they say one thing and expect another. I am so disappointed with this orginisation. Maybe if your an OT you will be ok here but any other allied health profession do not even bother.

Beautiful work culture, very supportive management, collaborative

IPAR was a lovely place to work at. Very supportive and helpful colleagues, wonderful coaching-style management. Both colleagues and leaders were super encouraging, it really was the best culture I have ever worked in. The nature of the industry is such that most of your time must be billable, which meant strict deadlines with client contact. This was difficult for me, but I am aware that is a personal thing. Training and knowledge management could do with some improvement, but again - maybe that was just my learning style.

Great leadership, generous company, celebrate successes
