Team members and Co-workers are really nice and friendly. Management is really supportive and everyone has their personal strength to make them a leader. Not much office politics. However, there's no proper performance review and KPI, as well as career training and support for professional learning. A good start for anyone who wants to be in a real estate business to train yourself as you'll start to cover lots of responsibilities, but later you may start to feel not much advancement in your role.

For a client based role, long hours and out of office working is essential.
Nice co-workers, free refreshment and monthly company event, good leaders
Extra work outside working hours, poor performance review and career developement
