Head management are incompetent. Nothing but problems
Finished with them on stress leave. Dishonest company with no morals. Continuously messing up wages and no communication. I wouldn't work for this company ever.
Cleaner in Australia
on 29 April 2022
Cleaning is the least of your worries....
Working as a cleaner is the easy part. The job itself is not physically straining, nor difficult. You are cleaning classrooms/offices/toilets. The pay is the standard award wages. You are trained for 2 days and then put into a team of cleaners.

Aviation Screening Officer in Brisbane QLD
on 27 April 2022
Toxic culture
Screening officer (training)The supervisor's are great it's the staff members who think they're supervisor's barking orders at you thinking you should know everything within the first couple of shifts,a lot are miserable, obviously hate the job and take the job far too serious thinking they are something special and they have the right to talk to new trainees and passengers as if they have just stood in something. The culture on the floor needs a radical overhaul if ISS wants to retain staff.
