Fast paced work environment
Fast paced work environment. Great place to learn and better yourself all about aviation screening. Management and team leaders can be more fair to everyone. Everyone should be more welcoming.

good salary for young people, dont get paid for waiting/breaks/driving around
Im 20 and get 20$ per hour which is a nice salary. easy job if youre energetic. Dont get paid for witing for stores to open, or driving around, so very much pressure timewise.
Customer Service Manager in La trobe stret/ East Brunswick.

Shocking Victorian School Contract
Good brand to work for and standard company documents well exceed expectations in terms of employee protection and advancement.BUTNot having Uncles, Brothers and Mates up in hierarchy is a severe career disadvantage.Management is top heavy and boots on the ground are squeezed, trodded and disposed.Company culture in the division is toxic, 90 plus management staffs turnover in less then 4 years of the contract. Don't even have introductory and good-bye emails/ meets, may be due to high turnover and no bonding in-between.Parachuted managers and supervisors thus create culture clash and chaos due to lack of support and guidance. Field staffs have less regard for management staffs as high turnover and limited exposure creates no bond.Safety is a concern at every worksite. Its plainly disregarded, its amazing how worksafe never gets involved in this government contract !Tea room talk is always 'Everyone who left are doing better in their career and work life balance' not encouraging for any new starters. Everyone seems like waiting for other career opportunities.

Learn a lot
I had been worked for 3 years and moved on for my career recently.I am very proud of being part of ISS family and always will be wherever I grow old. Managements are very supportive and they do care their employees for any matter of time.
Utility Worker in Western Australia

Utility Worker
You get a really good opportunity to meet lots of different people which is really nice. You tend to work long hour shifts over a course of two weeks which can be very tiring considering that most of the time we are understaffed. With taking this into consideration the pay isn’t good for how hard we work and for how long we work. It can be really rewarding having the week off for a break and you get a really nice work life balance. I personally I enjoy the work that we do despite the challenges we face such as being short staffed.
