The Jacobs defence business is just a body shop for APS positions. There is no Jacobs work culture and your role and careeer development is very much dependent on Defence - very little opportunity for Jacobs to manage or facilitate this.

Jacobs is a supportive and fun place to work, with very genuine people, not too much politics and lots of competency depth. It can be a little bit hierarchical at times though.

Internship
Learnt a great deal and met lots of talented engineers. lots of ways to develop your skills as an engineer and progression path is great. Company is in lots of industries so you get to try it out

Excellent work culture.Managers look after their people.Great team working. Monthly company drinks.Relaxed working atmosphere. Excellent technical and management competencies in employees
