Good easygoing place to work. lots of outdoor time.
Forklift Driver / Storeman (Former Employee) - Archerfield QLD - 20 February 2018
A lot of time was spent outside the store driving forklifts, as the larger parts of the excavation buckets were outside.Management were good. Workplace culture was easygoing with very little stress. The hardest part of the job was when it rained, due to the amount of time spent outdoors. One of the most enjoyable parts of the job was making frequent deliveries and pick ups in the company truck.
Pros
Relaxed easygoing atmosphere
Cons
Working outdoors in the rain

The vertical weld is definitely the hardest weld to do and seeing the end product was very rewarding.
Pros
Learnt new skills
Cons
Welding spag
