The most useful review selected by IndeedLike any job like this it varies state to state store to store manager to manager.Started off really great then parts of state team changed and it was less great.Obvious favouritism being shown to other managers when we're also stuck or stressed.Manager started off really good bit progressively gave less of a dam as the year went on. Half the state team is incredible and i love them. The other half are a bit over bearing and too much.

during my time working with this company the regional manager seemed to go out of a way to make my life misery, though i was putting in a lot of free hours and travelling for work even though i didn't have to for the benefit of the company this was never appreciated
