They are 100% There for the client and always want them to succeed.
But when you're shift starts you are a consultant and are expected to put your personal life on hold.
The JC products are over priced and you don't get enough time with your client to go through what you need to.
Liked working here at first but it was downhill from there. Working to ridiculous time limits to sqeeze in one customer after the other and impossible sales targets to reach. Unsafe working practices, old slow computer system that took for ever to process food orders.
It's good overall. Hence why I've worked here for so long. I've stayed because of the people I work with & the work I do which makes a difference to peoples lives and health. However, the pay is the standard i.e. low fitness award wage. It's very difficult to meet targets at management level and the career progression is very limited.

a typical day includes opening the centre and following the process. you will then call clients to confirm appointments and care call future week clients. as a consultant you greet all potential and current clients with a happy manner into the centre. other tasks include - stock control - performance summarys - returning clients into the centre - complete all calls required from reports other tasks are involved but main focus is making sure the client is cared for aswell as possible.
