Good money but poor management

worked in the warehousing/stores area for over 5 years and even though the pay is good the majority of the management have no idea or are generally apathetic to making any real change or offering support. There are a few toxic people you work with but it's manageable. not the worst place but not the best place either. Majority of stores and warehousing staff are also working 12 hour days on a rota...
