    Fun workplace
Jetstar has a real sense of family within its team members, rostering is hard however and isn’t very flexible, work most weekends and holidays and miss out on events because of it

    Good fun pays well
You meet lots of great people. Having a roster that can be changed at any moment can be tough not just for delays but if you're needed for a different flight. Other then that pays really well and you have amazing staff travel

Great benefits and pay - some great managers some terrible, no work life balance
Benefits are amazing however management will favour those who never have a day off, even if they are terrible at their job. You cannot make any plans in the future as getting annual leave is only available in non holiday periods and months in advanced and unable to get out of shifts after given them

Highly stressful, but team mates make it easier
I enjoyed my time at Jetstar, sad I had to leave. For the most part, team members helped you out.The training was hectic though.. learnt the most while on the job.The job itself can be repetitive at times, which I didn't mind!
