Flexible work place, poor communication

JBC is a great place to work if you're looking for a flexible role. You have the choice to pick up as much or as little shifts as you like, and can choose to set regular shifts while picking up extra ones if you choose. Only problems are the poor communciation between the office staff and support workers, which they are trying to fix by adding extra roles. Pay is also average.

It is easy to get a job at JBC, as they are constantly short staffed, and support workers leave to better companies. I was asked a few questions in the office, then offered the job 20 mins later after referee check.
