What would you suggest KFC management do to prevent employees from leaving?

  • Provide more detailed induction together with ongoing training

  • Offer more detailed training both ground level together with training at management level so as staff will have better understanding as 2 what goes on at management level

  • Understand as a student that there is more things to life than just work, especially towards your senior years your exams basically determine your future so you really need a bit of time of work to study.

  • Not giving enough hours

  • Some managers that have been there dont teach the new staff what to do, need to have more training.

  • Giving the staff that are trained more than 8 hours a week

  • Nothing I left for personal reasons.

  • It was a family matter, KFC is doing a good job in keeping their staff.

  • Make sure they do everything they can to do what their workers ask like anything more shifts to look into an incerdent just anything.

  • Explain things more instead of assuming
