Stressful

The job is rather understaffed, and with no cut til over the workload and environment it can be stressful. Customers can be very rude and days can be very busy with not enough people.

Very stressful because customers are rude staff don’t usually do their jobs and always busy. You will get yelled at a lot and management don’t really address the issues of verbal abuse from them.

often times most managers will sit in the office all day even when it is incredibly busy. 9/10 times we were understaffed / not given breaks due to managers trying to save money. If a good crew was on and a good manager, your shift would be quite enjoyable; everyone working as a team etc. but often times its the opposite. pay is bad I was making $12/hour at 17 pretty much running the store myself.

Overworked and bad management

Best part about working at KFC were friendly team members and thats kind of it. Management is bad, you are regularly overworked, you go home covered in oil and flour every shift and the kitchen becomes a sauna 80% of the time especially on hot days.
