In 1906, W.K. Kellogg saw a better way. Healthier food and a healthier work place. “I’ll invest my money in people,” W.K. famously said, and he stayed true to his commitment. In the midst of the Great Depression he pioneered a new 6-hour shift, hiring an additional 300 workers. His Corn Flakes were an economical meal during hard times.

Bullish management, toxic culture, weak and inconsistent training.
Not matching payslip hours and work hours, I believe I was 1 week short paid right from the beginning and threaten with dismissal for questioning it.
