Worst place to work

I was working there as delivery driver As sub contractorThey never payed me overtime invoices (still pending) Upon asking many times to logistics manager and accounts department didn’t get payedWorst management to work withGO THERE IF YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE

A good working environment with lots of opportunities to learn

It was quite fun to work for kitchen innovations and i felt comfortable working for them everyday. I have developed my personal as well professional skills while working for this company and I learnt the basics elements of supply chain of an organization. The workplace culture of this company was incredibly good and we felt ourselves a significant employee whenever achieving the objectives of the company.

poor place to work in

CNC Machine Operator, Cabinet Assembler (Former Employee) - Campbellfield VIC - 4 August 2019

Poor Management, I worked in a few areas of the manufacturing sections and found there were problems and difficulties in each area but sadly enough Management werent addressing these problems to make things run smoothly instead they were giving workers 7 days work to get the work out where if they addressed the problems that existed the workers would not have to work 7 days to get the work out. The atmosphere in the work floor you can cut with a knife so many sad faces. Senior management were hard to get hold of left job in disgust would not bother working there again.
