Any updated training each year we get paid for and includes a free light lunch and staff at Knox City Council are very friendly and helpful. They train you for the Crossing Supervisor jobs and the medical I had done was also paid for by Knox City Council.

I could name plenty, but as at my time of leaving the organisation, I can only say that some of the wonderful people who remain at the organisation are the perks of working there... and they are getting fewer by the day.

The interview I had in 2016 was a group interview which was great as I got to meet other people as well as a couple of the staff from the council. At the time, the council was looking for more than 1 crossing supervisor.

The culture is good although there are a lot of people in departments in different roles. The training is thorough although monotonous at times.
