Nice management, flexible hours, fastpace environment
While the employees and management were kind, the companies requirements put unnecessary pressure and strain on the stores, which caused customer service issues. There is a huge drive to convince customers to open up a Kohl's charge card, and if stores don't open enough they get penalized, regardless of if the reason you aren't opening more accounts is because you've already gotten almost everyone to open one or not.
