Unprofessional Recruiters
Not professional, not personable, only interested in their clients not their employees. Take forever to do anything or get anything out of them and then they expect YOU to fly through their recruitment process and quite literally do all the hard work to please their client. Empty promises and lip service. Avoid or make sure you use them only for your own personal gain for temporary employment and run as soon as you can - there is no loyalty in this business, they treat it as cut throat and have no interest at all in Human Resources Management or people, just the dollar value on your head. Not too bad
It’s ok if you want to find quick job but not stable. Position maybe far and not accessible with public transport. Hard to communicate with the team by phoneWhitegoods Forklift Driver in Yennora NSW

Highly recommend? No way! Zero Star Rating
WORK FOR LABOURPOWER IF YOU LOVE: * Poor management. * Shocking communication. * Rude, lazy, incompetent account managers - who are not very bright and are compulsive liars. * Below average customer service. * Awesome at breaching security, privacy, policies and procedures and awesome at covering it up. * Getting paid incorrectly or weeks later. * Make up excuses not to help you develop in your role. * Inconsistency. * Disadvantage or sack you if, you know your working rights. * Unorganized. * No respect for others. You are just a pay check to them. Do not believe any of their core values they promote. There is nothing good to say about Labour Power. Covid Swabber in Campbelltown NSW

Worse company to ever run
Management is so poor. Everytime you call or text they don't reply and just straight up ignore you. You basically have no one to complain to because they don't even give you HR number. Once you ask for a day off just for one day the rest of your shifts are going to get cut from that day onwards. Management does not know how to effectively communicate to its employees correctly and as a NSW Project Manager i assume you would be able to communicate properly but that isn't the case. What would you say about your employer?
