Stop lying about the work in the pipeline.
Be more honest and compassionate with their staff pay them properly as per the eba and also not threaten them with job security also understand that with vehicles it’s not always easy or have the time to clean the vehicles when your working long hours

Tell the truth about jobs or lack off.
Talk to Payroll or fire the lot of them and train up a team that’s on the same page as you. Teach them about Customer Service. If the employee feels good, more people will stay and tell others to join.
Actually read what your employees did for work before joining Lack Group.
Do not hire any Labourers from Centrelink or make sure they have at least a previous job in it.
Make sure the management you hire is treated the same as the rest so when one leaves, your whole operation doesn’t fall apart.
