This is a very popular restaurant that should not have trouble to pay legal wages, yet they offer only about 2/3 of minimum wages to all staff. Part-timers get at least half an hour pay deducted without reasons every week; the full-timers had to do a lot of unpaid extra hours as well. The shift management is also terrible, there were even instances that they asked a student to skip a class to work an extra shift, or else. The managers also constantly change the "rules" they want staff to follow on a whim, and gossiped/commented on staff's private life to other staff members. This is a business that need a serious visit/investigation from the Fair Work Ombudsman as they barely made a minimum effort to conform to Australia's workplace rights and rules.
