There are so many obligation under Franchise Store and completely different work culture then company format.

I feel helpless when customer come for defect product exchange and as the company process doesn't give us any authority for instant exchange even if the product has genuine defect.
Management skill, Cash handling, Audit & work under pressure.
Management up to the mark but need improvement for staff point of view.
Co-workers are supportive and co-operative.
Hardest part is to make balance between Franchise,Company & Distributor and their expectation from us.
We meet with different people around the corner and learn so many new idea from our customer and that help us to build relation at professional and personnel level.
