Most project have good flexibility and are well managed. Generally quality work & efficient accuracy is valued. Better than most staffing agencies IMHO

The bottom of the barrel for attorney employment

You are watched like a hawk on Relativity. If you are "off" by 10 minutes, a "Team Lead" contacts you.Most of the attorneys are young and have no experience as a lawyer. They are afraid to speak up on a Teams call. If you do speak up, and ask a question, there is an awkward silence- as if you have done something wrong.Attorney are only paid $26 an hour to do in depth legal analysis. There is no room for advancement. All they care about is pleasing the client- they have ZERO loyalty to you.If you are facing homelessness, you can stand it. But, if you are seeking any type of meaningful, fulfilling legal work- this is not it.

Owner/managers are fantastic! I enjoyed working with management and my co-workers.There was no hard part. Owner/managers were very pleasant and always available for guidance when I needed it.

Productive and fun place to work

Great company to work for. The management is nice. The people overall are nice. Flexible work schedule. A typical day at work hours range from 7:00am to 8:00pm which gives workers a good range.

Temporary work but they have a lot of projects

More laid back than other agencies i worked at. They are very flexible with you and understand if you have to miss a day or come in late one day. The hours are very flexible, they close at midnight and start at 5 am so its easy to get your hours.

Everyone at LegalPeople is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Criticism is always constructive, and you can tell that management wants employees to succeed. They are also very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
