Stressful workplace with hostile management
A hostile environment created by owners/bosses that bring personal drama to work, set unrealistic expectations and use you as personal assistant making you get their lunch and asking you to babysit their children. An overall super unsupportive and stressful enviroment. Also having very unethical practises.

An awful place to work
Take no notice of what gets promised . The owners are manipulative and promise everything and deliver nothing . When you do everything possible , they will set you up to fail and then blame you for it all like the dozens before you .

A great supportive team that strives for excellence
During my time at Lidums I have felt supported and heard which is important to me. The expectations are high but you are coached to meet those standards. The culture and team are great. They know how to work hard but also celebrate achievements and each-other.

Interview Questions

At Lidums dental, we are very attuned to our patients. We have many patients who come with all manner of fears, anxieties and previous experiences. Its important our team can support our patients. A high level of emotional intelligence is required to be able to help people overcome their fear in order to have their teeth repaired or replaced. Working with patients who have high anxiety can be stressful, so we ensure that our team are fully equipped to support them throughout their treatment journey. Much training goes into improving our communication skills, not only with patients, but with each other to ensure we can enjoy our work and look after our patients. We are very proud of our team!
